New Horizons Communications offers comparable wages and a group benefit package to our employees. Technical and Safety training for our technical field staff is a measured approach beginning with theory and graduating to working with senior technical staff while meeting certain milestones as laid out in our four month training plan. Performance measurements are in place and coaching/mentoring is carried out by the trainers and Operations Supervisors. Additional training with the Centre for Applied Human Dynamics for supervisory staff and key individuals within our organization has also been undertaken to provide the awareness and tools needed to better understand and manage the rate of change endemic in the industry and the communication tools to better manage both internal and external relationships with customers and staff.
